Spring Registration 2007/2008

Spring youth soccer will be starting Saturday April 5th and run through to June 14th. As always, games will be played Saturdays with one practice scheduled during the week for all but the Micros (who combine practice and game during their 1 hour time slot on Saturdays).
Team coaches are parent volunteers who will be setting practice times that are convenient to them. If you are interested in coaching please check the appropriate box on your registration form.

Specific locations/times for the age groups will be decided upon by the end of March.

REGISTRATION TIMES & LOCATIONS:

Registration for Spring soccer starts Saturday Nov. 24th, 10am - 2pm at the Soccer Clubhouse

Saturday Feb. 9th, 10am- 2pm at the Soccer Clubhouse

Wednesday Feb. 13th, 6pm - 8pm at the Soccer Clubhouse

LAST DAY: Saturday Feb. 16th, 2008 10am-2pm at the Soccer Clubhouse

You can also register at the Lewis Center during their office hours only
Monday to Fridays January 14th to Feb. 8th 2008

First time Registrants must show Birth Certificate / Care Card is needed for all Registrants

Cheques post-dated to Feb 16th will be accepted

PLAYERS REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE FEB. 16th, 2008 WILL BE GUARANTEED A SPOT ON A TEAM

Cancellation and Refund Policy

.Registration Fees - ALL REFUNDS GRANTED WILL BE LESS A $15 ADMINISTRATION FEE
 All requests for refunds must be received in writing (letter or email) by the second week of play at the
 club office: Box 3563, Courtenay, BC, V9N 6Z8; cvsoccer@shawbiz.ca

When a player is registered, and the appropriate fees are fully paid, a refund may be granted only under the following criteria:

    • Prior to the season commencing (April 5th), a refund is granted, without reason, (less admin fee)
    • After the season has started, up to and including the second week of play (April 19th), refunds will be issued only for medical reasons or if the player is leaving the Comox Valley, (less admin fee)
    • No refunds will be issued after this point in time.

Shirt Deposits

A player's shirt deposit will only be deposited if the player's jersey is not returned to the Comox Valley United Soccer Club within one week of the end of the playing season. All other cheques are disposed of. Cheques are not returned unless specifically requested.

Player's Clinic or Program Fees

The cost of presenting a skills clinic or soccer program, is based upon the commitment of player registrations to support those undertakings. Payment of fees in advance is a requirement of registration, and refunds are not granted, unless registration is terminated as a result of a medical condition (i.e. fracture), or a move.
