House Registration

House plays two separate season, fall (September to November) and spring (April to June). House seasons are independent, members are required to register for each season they wish to play.

CVUSC's volunteers plan and organize about 1000 players for each season. To allow them the time to carry out this process players are required to register before a set date. Generally mid August for the fall and mid April for the spring. Everyone registering before the cut-off are guaranteed a spot on a team. Players registering after the cut-off day are put on a wait list and may NOT be placed on a team. Please register early.

 Fall  Registration 2010

Fall Youth Soccer will be starting Saturday Sept 11th and run through to Nov 20th. As always, games will be played Saturdays with one practice scheduled during the week for all but the Micros & Bambinos (who combine practice and game during their 1 hour time slot on Saturdays).

Team coaches are parent volunteers who will be setting practice times that are convenient to them. If you are interested in coaching please check the appropriate box on your registration form.
Specific locations/times for the age groups will be decided upon by the end of August.

* PLEASE NOTE WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY FOR PAYMENT

  One cheque for registration fee (can be post-dated to August 7th) and one cheque for the jersey deposit (can be post dated to Nov. 20th). These 2 cheques cannot be combined.

First time registrants must show  birth certificate & care cards.

• Saturday June 19, 10am - 4pm at the Soccer Clubhouse
• Saturday Aug 7, 10am- 4pm at the Soccer Clubhouse
• Wednesday Aug 11, 6-8pm at the Soccer Clubhouse
• Saturday Aug 14, 10pm-2pm at the Soccer Clubhouse ***THIS IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD A SPOT ON A TEAM

          You can also register at the Courtenay Lewis Center July 1 to July 31 2010 (this is a drop-off location only - all inquiries must got thru the soccer office)

PLAYERS REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 14, 2010 WILL BE GUARANTEED A SPOT ON A TEAM. AFTER AUGUST 14TH FEES WILL BE INCREASED BY $25.OO. & YOUR CHILD MAY BE PLACED ON A TEAM, ONLY IF SPACE ALLOWS (see below)

 LATE REGISTRATION PROCESS

There will be a late registration session at a date/time/location yet to be determined. Anyone who has not registered by the August 14th deadline will have an opportunity to have your child placed on a team if space allows. These will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis at this registration session only. We will no longer be taking late registrations thru the soccer office.

 Priority for late registrations will be given to newcomers to the Comox Valley.

After the August 14th deadline, we will be holding 1 late registration session only on Thursday August 26th from 6-8pm at the Soccer Clubhouse. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first- serve basis and players will be placed on teams only if space allows. If you cannot make this session, you are welcome to send someone for you, but please make sure all player info & payment is provided. We will not accept registrations otherwise.
