Registration Fees

ALL REFUNDS GRANTED WILL BE LESS A $15 ADMINISTRATION FEE

It is not the coaches responsibility for refunds. All requests for refunds must be received in writing (letter or email) by the second week of play at the club office: Box 3563, Courtenay, BC, V9N 6Z8, cvsoccer@shawbiz.ca

When a player is registered, and the appropriate fees are fully paid, a refund may be granted only under the following criteria:

  • Prior to the season commencing (March 17), a refund is granted, without reason, (less admin fee).
  • After the season has started, up to and including the second week of play (March 31), refunds will be issued only for medical reasons or if the player is leaving the Comox Valley, (less admin fee).
  • No refunds will be issued after this point in time.

Shirt Deposits
A player's shirt deposit will only be deposited if the player's jersey is not returned to the Comox Valley United Soccer Club within one week of the end of each playing season. All other cheques are disposed of. Cheques are not returned unless specifically requested.

Player's Clinic or Program Fees
The cost of presenting a skills clinic or soccer program, is based upon the commitment of player registrations to support those undertakings. Payment of fees in advance is a requirement of registration, and refunds are not granted, unless registration is terminated as a result of a medical condition (i.e. fracture), or a move.
