We will be hosting our AGM on Friday, April 14th, 2023 at the CVUSC Soccer Clubhouse, 1701 Lerwick Rd, Courtenay, at 6PM. If you are interested in joining the board, please contact club president, Stefan Szkwarek (skszkwarek@gmail.com). We kindly ask that you provide a resume and indicate in what capacity you would like to join the board no later than April 7th, 2023. 

The following positions are up for election and if a sitting board member is going to stand again that will be indicated below:

1. Club President, 2 year term (Stefan Szkwarek standing again)
2. Club Secretary, 2 year term (Jason Major standing again)
3. Director of Men's 2 year term (Rob Caya standing again)
4. Director of VYSL 2 year term (Vacant)
5. Directors at large, 5 positions all one year term (Lynda Roach, Joe Butcher, Bobi Lineker, Dave Hrysio standing again, one vacancy)

Additionally, we will be presenting the annual budget so if you are looking for detailed information on last year's financials or next years budget, we can provide that info to you upon request.
