The club teams practice and play throughout the Comox Valley on school and city fields. In partnership with both, the club determines field status for game fields. Every Friday, Game Field status is determined and posted under the Field Status page . Practice fields status is determined by each City. Members should contact the Courtenay or Comox Recreations centers for current status.

  • General Field Closure Information

The CVUSC Field Manager will walk our game fields on Friday and make the call if any field closures are necessary. If the fields are closed, we will post the information on the website (this is updated every Friday). An email will be sent to all division managers, head coaches, team managers, head referee and UISA's administrator. When/if possible, your game may be moved to the opposing team's field (select & adult teams only). Once the fields are closed, they will remain closed for the weekend, we will re-open them.
