2024 Annual General Meeting

We're excited to announce our upcoming AGM scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 at 7pm, at the Comox Valley United Soccer Clubhouse, located at 1701 Lerwick Rd, Courtenay.

Your attendance and participation is welcome as we reflect on the past year's accomplishments, discuss future plans, and elect new members to steer our organization forward. During the meeting we will be addressing several key matters, including the elections of individuals to fill vacancies on our board. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about our organization and committed to its growth and success. These positions play crucial roles in the governance and operation of our organization, and we encourage interested members to consider joining the team.

In addition to board elections, the AGM will include reports from the current board members, financial updates, and an open forum for members to share their feedback, suggestions, and concerns. Your participation is important to us as we shape the future directions of our organization together.
