Fall 2026 Valley Youth Soccer League- Recreation Program!

Registration opens Tuesday, June 9th 2026 at 7am and closes August 16th 2026! 

Fall Soccer registration opens on Tuesday, June 9th 2026 at 7am and closes Sunday, August 16th, 2026 at midnight. 

(Invited Coaches and Divisional Managers are invited to register early with link and code provided). 

What is VYSL Soccer (Fall)?

The VYSLeague is a 8 week developmental program , starting in the first week of September, that is focused on FUN and skill(s) development.

*Season runs 8 weeks with 7 games.

Who can participate in our VYSL Program ?

Our VYSL program welcomes ALL youth (U5-born 2022 to U18-born 2009 ) who have a range of skills,  from developing (beginner) to extending (experienced).

How many days per week will my child  be on the field ?

Players U5 - born 2022 ("Bambinos") practice and play games on SATURDAYS only. 

Players U6 +/born 2009 - 2021 are scheduled for two sessions per week: one practice and one game.

The program starts the week of September 7th:

- Practices start: Week of September 7th 

- Opening game day: Saturday, September 12th

- Last game day: Saturday, October 31st

 (No PRACTICES on Wednesday Sept 30th 2026 for our National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and NO GAMES on Thanksgiving weekend - October 10th 2026.)

Equipment Needed: Soccer cleats/shoes, soccer socks, shin pads and shorts. Soccer shirts will be provided to all players.

⚽Bambinos - U5 (born 2022) 

There is one session per week where the little players will practice to start the session, followed by a mini scrimmage. 

Cost: $150.00

(no soccer on October 10th, 2026) 

⚽Micros to Youth- 

Micros- U6/7 (born 2020/21) 

Minis- U8/9 (born 2018/19) 

Juniors- U10/11 (born 2016/17) 

 Youth- U12/13 (born 2014/15) 

 U12 to U18 (born 2009-2015) 

There are two sessions per week. One "practice session" where players will practice within their divisions on an assigned team (scheduled Tuesdays to Thursdays). 

There is also one game day session per week, on Saturdays. 

Cost: $175.00 / 17 sessions (8 practices and 7 games) 

(no soccer on September 30th or October 10th, 2026) 

*Spaces will be limited in some divisions, we encourage you to register early.

* Deadline register Sunday, August 16th 2026 at midnight.

After August 16th 2026,  fees will be increased $25/player and player will be placed only if space allows. 

A wait list will be started once divisions are full- Please see on-line registration portal titled " Wait List - Fall 2026 Valley Youth Soccer League (VYSL)" and register your player if the regular program registration is full. 

*First time registrants must show a birth certificate or care card with proof of date of birth. 

*CVUSC Refund policy can be found on our website and reads:

All refunds issued will be less a $25 administration fee.
When a player is registered and the appropriate fees are fully paid, a refund may be granted only under the following criteria:
a) Prior to the season commencing, a refund will be issued without reason.
b) Up to and including the second week of play, refunds will be issued only for medical reasons or if the player is leaving the Comox Valley. 
c) Atter the second week of play, no refunds will be issued
