2026 Comox Valley United Soccer Club Annual General Meeting 

We are excited to announce our upcoming annual Annual General scheduled for Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 at 6pm, at the Comox Valley United Soccer Clubhouse - located at 1701 Lerwick Rd, Courtenay.

PLEASE NOTE: A back up date has been selected for Monday, May 25th at 6pm, for any reasons requiring such. We will issue notice if the date changes. 

Your attendance and participation is welcome as we reflect on the past year's accomplishments, discuss future plans, and elect new members to steer our organization forward.

During the meeting we will be addressing several key matters, including the elections of individuals to fill vacancies on our board. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about our organization and committed to its growth and success. These positions play crucial roles in the governance and operation of our organization, and we encourage interested members to consider joining the team.

In addition to board elections, the AGM will include reports from the current board members, financial updates, and an open forum for members to share their feedback, suggestions, and concerns. Your participation is important to us as we shape the future directions of our organization together.
