The Ball Mastery Indoor Program will consist of 5 sessions solely built around ball skills. Each player will work individually or with a partner and perform select ball movements. Players will develop at their own rate, this is not a competition. Most importantly, each player will be asked to challenge themselves every time we train. Improvement will only happen if the player is able to exert themselves when performing these skills.
The drills used in the Ball Mastery Indoor Program can also be performed by the players at home, the extra touches on the ball will increase their ball handling skills and confidence.
